My primary blogging interest is personal finance, but I’ve also been sewing and crafting for years and years. I decided to create this site because I could. I thought it would be a fun place to showcase my crafts, write about patterns or crafting theory (if I feel like it) and connect with people who are interested in purchasing something.

In particular, I love quilting and working with fabric (other sewing). Sometimes I get a bit pretentious and talk about creating art through the medium of textiles. But what I love most is seeing things come together in beautiful designs and knowing that I’ve created the whole thing. I quilt mostly by hand and feel involved in every detail.

I’ve let this place lapse for a while, but I’ve polished it up again in hopes of posting periodically.
